Shipping policy

Online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during periods with high order volumes such as pre-Christmas periods.

Pre order purchases are items that are not in stock. Any online orders containing pre-order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipments. Once pre-order styles become available, order fulfilment will commence from the date specified on order confirmation.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION:

Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur outside of Australia. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Due to EU/VAT treatment of overseas goods sold, we are unable to ship orders under the value of 135 pounds or under 150 euros to the United Kingdom and Europe respectively.

The average times for standard delivery are 4-7 business days for Australia wide, excluding some country areas, AND 7-21 business days for international deliveries. Unfortunately deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

In the event of redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, any additional shipping costs required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
